JOB DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns and optimizing the brand’s website to maximize customer engagement, conversions, and sales. This role will involve leading the planning and execution of email campaigns while also working to enhance the website's performance through continuous testing, analysis, and improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for fashion, and a keen eye for website optimization and user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote product launches, seasonal collections, exclusive sales, and brand initiatives. Ensure all emails align with the CB voice and objectives.
- Leverage customer data to create segmented email lists and personalized content, ensuring campaigns are relevant and impactful for each customer group. Use dynamic content to enhance personalization and drive engagement.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on email subject lines, design elements, CTAs, and send times to improve overall performance. Analyze test results and implement learnings for continuous optimization.
- Set up and optimize automated email workflows, such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns to increase customer retention.
- Regularly monitor website traffic, bounce rates, cart abandonment, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure website copy is optimized for search engines. Ensure the website content and product descriptions are aligned with SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
- Manage the digital rollout of new collections, features, or site changes. Ensure all product launches and website updates are executed smoothly and align with marketing efforts.
- Paid media account set-up and management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and website optimization (preferably within the fashion, eCommerce, or retail industry).
- Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (preferably Klaviyo) and experience in managing end-to-end email campaign processes, from strategy and content creation to performance tracking and optimization.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) design, and tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyze data and KPIs to derive actionable insights and optimize digital strategies. Strong proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and improve campaign and site performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, producing high-quality emails and website content that is aligned with CB’s style and voice.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Understanding and proficiency in setting up paid media campaigns on various platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
