Audience Coordinator

TENTATIVE EVENT DATES: MONDAY, MARCH 17th — MONDAY, MARCH 24th 2025

WHO WE ARE:
We specialize in connecting fans with thousands of nationwide live-events in the entertainment world; including popular TV shows, red carpet events, movie premieres, music festivals and more.

POSITION:
A Fan Coordinator role requires very strong collaboration and communication skills, including exemplary guest relation skills. An in-depth knowledge of television, celebrities and popular entertainment culture is a plus!

We are actively looking for Fan Coordinators based in the tri-state area to join our Events team for upcoming events.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Passion and enthusiasm for live entertainment and providing quality customer service
-Solution oriented, including using good judgment to elevate inquiries/matters as needed
-Team player with strong problem solving skills
-Ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice while maintaining poise and professionalism
-Great presence and communication with large crowds
-Energy and passion for creating memorable experiences for others

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage Fans and assisting with on-the-ground operations, including adhering to direction and policies
-Assist with crowd control, while keeping safety a top priority
-Deliver the ultimate guest experience and maximize guest engagement

Pay: $17.64 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
