Coordinator Culture Marketing Operations

Purpose: Asist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Culture Marketing with specific focus on Operational Support. This position requires a combination of strong communication, organizational, process, and time management skills. The position is fast-paced and multi-tasking in nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on all CM Internal Communication to all stakeholders on global or market level regarding process, tool, or policy changes
  • Responsible for maintaining CM Calendar and Newsletter
  • Responsible for leading monthly upskilling initiatives
  • Data entry and PowerPoint Deck Making support for all CM Ops Topics
  • Maintain updates and monitoring of Partner and Network Culture Marketing portfolio by cleaning respective databases and getting updates from CM Partner Managers
  • Support CAF and PMT maintenance
  • Support for audits and internal process management
  • Responsible for invoices and procurement related topics
  • Streamline and support CM Operation Workstreams/Projects
  • Monitoring CM Systems and Tools
  • Maintain current product knowledge and clear target market objectives
  • Support on planning and organizing CM projects and its resources

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge and understanding for sports (all sports or category specific), entertainment and pop culture
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills – knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have extensive knowledge in social and digital media trends/platforms

  • The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $27.83/hour-$31.25/hour. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
  • We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles.
