We are looking for an Operations Excellence Manager! The Operations Excellence Manager will lead and support the execution of various transformational initiatives across the organization. In partnership with business leaders, key stakeholders and cross-functional project teams, this role will lead, implement, and sustain practical, targeted solutions for complex business improvement opportunities that deliver operational excellence, greater client experience and other strategic objectives. Additionally, this role will analyze business problems and create business cases to prioritize areas of improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead execution of business improvement initiatives working in close collaboration with various leaders, stakeholder groups and project teams to deliver greater quality, client service, and operational efficiency.
- Solve challenging enterprise problems partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes, identify potential root causes and gaps, and implement comprehensive solutions.
- Incorporate change management strategies and techniques in the execution of initiatives to accelerate stakeholder adoption of solutions.
- Analyze large volumes of disparate data and information to derive root causes, discern key findings and produce improvement recommendations.
- Develop and implement best practices, processes, and standards to drive continuous improvements and sustain results of transformation initiatives.
- Identify and implement operational metrics across business groups to drive data-driven decisions, from discovery and design strategy to release/ production.
- Foster fact-based, problem-solving approach across all levels of the organization through direct coaching and training of stakeholders and team members.
- Use variety of analytical and evaluation methods to accurately assess improvement opportunities and articulate business impact/ outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, project/program management, process re-engineering, etc.
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop and deliver tailored messages and communications through various methods.
- Expert analytical skills with ability to formulate insights and recommendations from disparate data and information.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of roles at all levels and influence key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience applying principles and practices of project/program, process improvement and change management techniques using existing and matrixed organizational resources.
- Adept at leveraging and learning a wide range of methodologies, technology platforms and tools to assess business problems, automate processes, and support a variety of fast growing and changing business needs.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex projects and deliverables to meet deadlines with strong attention to work quality and detail.
- Solution oriented with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization with flexibility to execute changing priorities.
- Ability to develop strategic plans while navigating comfortably in technical details.
- Entertainment industry experience
- PMI, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Change Management certifications.

The salary range for this position is $107,500 to $125,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
