Nature of Work:
- Responsible for supporting all aspects of the department’s account management, hospitality and internship activities to help the team build, execute & maintain strategic business partnerships that directly impact renewal and revenue goals.
- Works closely with the Activation and Sales Teams on building a positive culture within the department, emphasizing relationships, revenue and rewards with our colleagues, clients and throughout the Club & KSE.
Examples of work performed:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the department’s special client events, including but not limited to, Season Kickoff, Launch Parties, Playoffs Parties, On-Field Events, Networking Events, Partner Summits and client trips
- Coordinate, design and order all department client gifts, including, but not limited to, special event gifts, suite gifts, holiday gifts and end-of-season gifts
- Manage all aspects of the department’s hospitality budget
- Maintain department VIP sponsor contact and invite lists for DICK’S Sporting Goods Park and the Colorado Rapids
- Create event day checklists for department on-duty staff for Colorado Rapids home matches and Club sponsor events
- Support the Activation, Strategy and Sales Teams in assisting with various components of their accounts as needed
- Responsible for supporting the account management team in the execution of all contractual assets including but not limited to, in-market, in-stadium, digital & social media campaigns, hospitality & community programs etc. for DICK'S Sporting Goods Park and the Colorado Rapids.
- Partners with numerous internal departments such as game entertainment, facilities, marketing, creative services, community relations, ticket sales etc. as part of the activation process.
- Executes game day responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum
- One to three years in the sports/entertainment industry
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
- Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business, Sports Marketing and/or Sports Management degree preferred.

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must showcase the following: multi-tasking, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, collaboration, ability to prioritize projects, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to write clearly and effectively, with solid verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required.
- Proficiency in Sportsdigita & KORE-CRM proficiency preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $18.81/hr. + Overtime
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonuses & commissions
