As the home of inspiration for over 500 million people, creativity is key to achieving success on Pinterest, and our Global Brand and Creative Solutions team is an essential partner to advertisers. As a key department within the Global Sales Organization, we are looking for a EMEA-based Brand and Creative Solutions Producer to project manage and produce Brand-specific creative executions and activations around ad products and digital experiences. You will leverage your creative and production skills to consult and guide cross-functional teams and brand/advertisers through a project lifecycle in partnership with an outside vendor or creator. Your work will straddle between expertise in project management, creative, our product and ads performance.


What you'll do:

  • Work collaboratively with key cross-functional team members, across Creators, Sales, Legal Marketing, Engineering, Product and Business Development to seamlessly produce brand-specific activations and executions
  • Drive operational excellence for the post production of our brand-specific activations and executions by refining the current process, building out toolkits to drive efficiency, and establishing a feedback loop to continue to optimize the processes.
  • Tactically this person will also own and manage the key steps to execute the packages, including:
    • Overall project management
      • Ensure that the projects move seamlessly from kick-off to delivery by building out, and managing, systems to communicate progress, timing and key milestones
      • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead all content addendums, licenses and contracts between advertisers, talent and production vendors
      • Autonomously facilitate the intake and prioritization of the package production and communicate timelines
    • Relationship management
      • Effortlessly build trusted relationships with advertisers and agencies by establishing yourself as the key point of contact for the end-to-end process
      • Strong communicator with acute attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different milestones

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 7+ years relevant work experience with creative agency, platform, brand or transferable background
  • Seeking candidates with a breadth and diversity of experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives
  • Demonstrated basic understanding of the platform, agency and brand dynamics of digital marketing
  • Proven ability to help manage large and small-scale programs and production
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (i.e. advertisers and vendors)
  • Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A customer-first approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to to advocate for work that reflects company brand standards

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1 time per month and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices, New York.
