Job Summary
Assist the Event Manager in coordinating and executing of all parties, receptions and filmmaker events. Must have full availability January 1, 2025 - January 17th, 2025.
Target Start Date: 12/16/25
Target End Date:1/25/25
Elements of the position include
- Logistic support to the planning and executing of all festival parties, receptions and filmmaker events.
- Work as door agent and festival rep at parties, assist in coordination of food and beverage deliveries, management of timelines, budgets and project reconciliation’s.
- Create and maintain participant lists, follow established planning schedules.
- Assist in event flow and coordination.
- Special projects as assigned.
Abilities required
- Exhibit a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service, computer, analytical and organizational skills
- 3 or more years experience in the event planning industry or service industry, or a strong interest in event planning.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external clients in a verbal and written format (may be required to use a personal computer for extended periods of time)
- Project Management experience and the ability to articulate and work well with all levels of management
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite.
- Must have an ability to prioritize workflow within set protocols and procedures and be capable of working on many issues simultaneously
- Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment as necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
