Unspeakable Plays is a high-energy YouTube Channel where we create engaging, fast-paced gaming content. We play a varitey of games including Minecraft, Roblox and new releases. A deep understanding of gaming and current gaming culture as well as a genuine enjoyment of gaming is key to this job.

With millions of subscribers and a dedicated fan base, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Gaming Channel Producer to lead our content production process and help us push boundaries in gaming entertainment.

Role Overview

As the Gaming Channel Producer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the production and publishing of high-quality gaming YouTube videos. You will manage a small editing team, oversee the design of eye-catching thumbnails, participate in creative brainstorming of concepts, develop ideas how to improve the channel, and ensure a smooth upload schedule for the YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production Management
• Oversee the end-to-end production process, from concept to upload.
• Work closely with the talent (Unspeakable) to develop engaging video ideas.
• Manage a small team of video editors to ensure high-quality and fast-paced content.
• Interface with our brand manager to ensure sponsored posts and videos are handled in a timely fashion and approved by all parties.

• Creative Strategy & Content Development
• Research and develop unique video concepts that fit the brand's style.
• Stay updated on trending topics within Minecraft, Roblox, and new releases in the gaming community.
• Provide direction on storytelling, pacing, and engagement tactics.

• Thumbnail Creation & Branding
• Brainstorm and conceptualize high quality clickable thumbnails and oversee their creation
• A/B test thumbnail styles to maximize CTR (Click-Through Rate).
• Maintain consistency with the Unspeakable Gaming brand aesthetic.

• YouTube Channel & Upload Management
• Manage the video upload process, ensuring proper titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata.
• Optimize content for YouTube SEO and audience retention.
• Schedule and track content performance, making data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Gaming Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Minecraft and Roblox mechanics, trends in the industry, and community culture.
• Video Production: Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) and content workflow management.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm video concepts and engaging challenges.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics or animations (After Effects, Blender, etc.).
• Previous work on a large gaming YouTube channel.
• Understanding of monetization strategies and sponsorship integrations.
• Thumbnail Design: Proficiency in Photoshop or other graphic design tools for eye-catching thumbnails.
• YouTube Expertise: Understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and algorithm trends.
• Team Leadership: Experience managing a small team of editors or creative professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
