This role joins Country Living at a pivotal time for the brand, as they launch B2B membership supporting small businesses and artisans in the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketplace Ecommerce Manager for Country Living will manage the Country Living Marketplace as

part of the wider B2B membership programme. This includes relationship with third party website developers, onboarding new sellers, product management, seller comms, website curation and reporting. They will join the Country Living B2B team at an exciting time, as they work together to launch a successful membership building on 40 years of heritage supporting small businesses and artisans.

 

ABOUT YOU

Strong understanding of ecommerce websites and best practise from both a seller and consumer point of view

· Adaptable working style, able to manage unpredictable technical issues and apply quick solution-finding mindset

· Analytical mindset and ability to use analytics to make decisions, as well as feedback via reports to wider team

· Strong technical ability across Microsoft Office, CMS

· Experience using ecommerce CMS and tools, like Shopify

· Experience working with small businesses and start ups

· Good people skills, including friendly customer service manner and helpful attitude
