Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs across multiple mediums.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute design projects across motion graphics, video editing, and web development from concept to completion, ensuring creativity and brand consistency throughout all visual materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, product designs, motion graphics, and marketing videos that align with the company’s vision, elevating its presence across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements, set clear timelines, and deliver high-quality work that incorporates motion graphics, video content, and interactive web elements.
  • Utilize Figma to design user interfaces, prototypes, and digital experiences for websites and other digital and print assets. Ensure all designs reflect a seamless user experience and publish on WordPress.
  • Produce, edit, and enhance video content for digital channels, utilizing Adobe Premiere and After Effects to create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video clips.
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring that design elements, motion graphics, and video components are well-integrated and optimized for performance.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in motion graphics, video production, and UI/UX design and implement innovative approaches in all projects.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and workflow, prioritize tasks, and regularly communicate progress with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Figma for designing intuitive user interfaces and creating interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress, including the ability to customize themes, manage content, and incorporate design elements such as motion graphics and videos into the site framework.
  • Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects involving motion graphics, video production, and web design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers for smooth WordPress integrations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a motion graphics, video editing, or web design role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, with a specific focus on ensuring seamless integration of motion graphics, video content, and web design.
  • Experience with WordPress-based websites, ensuring efficient management of design, motion graphics, and video components.
  • Understanding of paid ad platforms, especially in terms of leveraging motion graphics and video for advertising campaigns.
