The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing immersive environments, attractions, and experiences. At Falcon’s, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life, ensuring that our projects captivate audiences and exceed client expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience, interest, education and/or certifications in themed entertainment design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency with one or more industry standard software packages such as Adobe Creative suite, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, Shotgrid, and MS Project. Working knowledge of additional software is a plus.
• A motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills and experience working within multidisciplinary, collaborative teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Travel may be required.
• Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
• Will not require Falcon’s Treehouse, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).
