- Provides administrative support to the Nintendo Latin America (NLA) team to include calendar management, expense reporting, and other related tasks.
- Coordinates domestic and international shipping of product samples, premiums, and other items to distributors and subsidiaries, as well as PR agencies and vendors.
- Submits purchase order requisitions for the team.
- Budget tracker lead with responsibility for reviewing, reconciling, and processing department expenses.
- Administration of eShop promotion process to include NDA signature routing, asset collection and translation, report collecting from partners, and administering reconciliation and payment.
- Leads POSA set up, including design request, part number set up, copy, and translation.
- Leads promo ID generation for distributors.
- Works with budget owners and Finance to identify possible returns or overages on campaign budgets.
- Monitors all purchase orders, including changes and revisions, ensuring timely processing.
- Partners with suppliers, AP, Procurement, and other internal teams to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Responsible for projects and activities to support NLA’s various functions (Marketing, Sales, Retail Marketing, and Operations), including planning and scheduling meetings and preparing ad hoc reports, as needed.

- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Experience working with online tools and systems, with emphasis on Oracle Tools preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Business communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred but required.
- Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry a plus but not required. Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
This contract position has a base pay range of $30 - $42 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year.
