ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, PARTNERSHIPS & PLATFORM STRATEGY

We are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find an Associate Director, Partnerships & Platform Strategy to join our Social Video Services team - Is this your next opportunity?

This role oversees the Senior Platform Strategists and ensures accounts are running smoothly and clients are happy with their channels, LDS team, and deliverables. They draft SOWs, overseeing until execution of signature.

This position plays a critical role in upholding and evolving best practices and standards across the department. It involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing streamlined processes, and ensuring consistency in service quality. This role also focuses on training and upskilling internal teams.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Leading and managing a team of Senior Platform Strategists
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Ensuring each team is adhering to contractual obligations for each client
  • Drafting client contracts and working with our legal department to see through to finish
  • Ensuring the team’s work meets client needs and addresses their business problems
  • Supervising teams and projects, motivating and mentoring teams to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • 5+ years experience managing teams of 10+ people
  • Expert knowledge of YouTube analytics + reporting
  • 5+ years experience with client relationship management
  • Experience with retaining clients, executing renewals
  • Expert knowledge of the YouTube content management system and other video platforms
  • Expert knowledge of client relationship management
  • Expert knowledge of team management
  • Expert and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of audience development and online SEO
  • Demonstrable understanding of video production and editing schedules
  • Some knowledge/understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud edit suite
  • A clear passion for online media and an understanding of best practices for video on YouTube and social media
  • High level of professionalism when dealing directly with clients
  • Team leader with a hard-working flexible attitude and interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment

Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
