ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our integrated marketing team. This person will work on major integrated accounts to plan and manage integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, including Social, Strategy, A/V, Print, Digital, much more. Functioning as the link between the client and multiple creative teams, we'll rely on you for clear and timely communication. The key to your success in this role is the ability to work concurrently and collaboratively with others while meticulously managing the quality control of multiple projects during all stages of creative development.

IMPORTANT CALL OUTS

- Seeking Account talent experienced working with entertainment clients - specifically in the streaming, film, or television mediums.
  • Integrated marketing experience helpful. Social marketing account experience is excellent!
  • This hybrid role requires in-office work approximately 1-2 days weekly. Our corporate office is based in Hollywood, California, and candidates must live within a commutable distance of our office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Client Service

  • Lead day-to-day client interactions and provide timely responses to client communication.
  • Provide clear communication with clients to avoid misunderstandings, including consistent follow-up documentation.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships.

Creative Management

  • Work with a team of creatives, producers, and strategists to ensure that the projects meet requirements of the client brief.
  • Route creative assets for internal approvals.
  • Ensure jobs are on schedule to deliver on-time, communicating with client if any foreseeable changes in schedule arise.
  • Proof all creative against brief/brand to ensure creative consistency.
  • Proof all creative for all spec requirements, template requirements, content, etc.
  • Proof all copy for spelling and grammatical mistakes.

Internal Communication & Administration

  • Establish meeting and project schedules to maintain on-time accountability.
  • Maintain and manage all ingoing and outgoing of assets.
  • Open, close, and track the status of all projects, including monitoring budgets against costs.
  • Provide administrative support for project setups, purchase order requests, and invoice submissions.
  • Coordinate the production of mockups, boards and decks for client presentations.
  • Proactive in identifying and developing solutions for challenges, both internal and client-facing.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of Integrated marketing campaign experience in an entertainment capacity is significant (entertainment = traditional Film, Television, Streaming clients or employment).
  • Strong computer skills and thorough understanding of the latest OSX operating systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous, result-oriented, and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills – must be able to demonstrate superior writing and grammar skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical background with advanced computer skills.
  • Displays a positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
