As a Contract Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for organizing, and analyzing agreements as well as helping with vendor management, If selected for this role, you will report to the VP, administration Business and Legal Affairs. What You Will Do

Vendor Management:

  • Analyze agreements and confirm participant information

  • Contact agents and attorneys for tax and other payment forms, ensure they are properly completed and manage the distribution & uploading of forms to NetDocs

  • Manage the vendor setup process from start to finish

  • Maintain working knowledge of payroll, accounts payable and SAP procedures

  • Keep up to date on guild, tax and state/federal employment requirements

Turnaround/Abandonment Management:

  • Become proficient in analyzing our agreements to determine who is entitled to turnaround in projects

  • Obtain all necessary project information from finance, story and legal

  • Shepard the projects through the divisional approval process prior to turnaround

  • Upon abandonment provide our rightsholders with the turnaround notice

  • Enter and track date in D3 system

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master the D3 deal and rights tracking system

  • Learn and master NetDocs

  • Enter all actor deals into D3

  • Monitor production reports to keep project information and production dates updated in D3

  • Fill in for contract administrators as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1 year of professional experience

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Motion picture/television legal experience

  • Strong ability to focus on details and be well-organized

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to think creatively to solve logistical problems

  • Excellent communication skills

Education

College Degree Preferred


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
