Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join the Studio Compensation Team.  The incumbent will be primarily responsible for analyzing and interpreting personal services agreements to ensure accurate and timely execution of salary actions, options and expiration notifications.   

The incumbent will partner closely with the Compensation Team, HR Business Partners, Legal, and HR Specialist supporting day to day total rewards related needs including but not limited to the following:

  • Contract Administration

    • Administration of all contract and executive agreements

    • Draft deal memos related to agreements and submit to Legal

    • Review and verify accuracy of the contracts and deal terms before distribution and execution

    • Maintain contract management tools and databases

    • Alert relevant parties in advance of expiration to facilitate extensions and/or renewals  

    • Develop and manage reporting of all Studio contracts and deals

    • Tracking and administration of off-cycle merit increases for contract employees

    • Manage contract workflow including the deal calendar

  • Reporting

    • Administration of Studio One Data Platform for Key Executives

    • Publish reports to various secure platforms for access by key stakeholders

  • Reporting and Pay Action Support

    • Submission of all contract pay actions as needed

    • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc reporting from multiple systems/databases including SAP, Workday, and internal databases as it relates to Contract and Executive level Deals

Additional requirements include:

A minimum of five years working in Compensation / HR or Legal

Position requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with SAP/WORKDAY (or similar HRIS platforms), demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data with great attention to detail and the ability to understand and commit to uphold high levels of confidentiality, sensitivity and accuracy. 

Individual must have the ability to assume responsibility and function effectively in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision at times and able to work exceptionally well with executives and internal partners at all levels. 

Must be flexible with changing priorities and must be a quick learner.

Ability to appropriately prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on attention to detail, meeting deadlines and excellent communication skills.

Flexible, self-motivated team player with a willingness to support other team members as needed.

Individual must be skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and general usage skills for database programs. 


The hiring range for this position in California is $63,400.00 to $85,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
