PragerU Kids (https://www.prageru.com/kids) is dedicated to bringing parents the resources, support and tools to teach children about America's blessings and limitless opportunities. Our aim is inoculating children against the indoctrination being taught in government schools today, and we will do this through a variety of edutainment content/programming, live events, newsletters and community. We have a unique niche in providing supplemental educational material for children, all of which is non-partisan in nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as in-house champion for the program and brand
- Interface with rest of PragerU marketing team on presence, scheduling, and frequency of digital promotion for the brand including:
- Social media posts
- Email newsletters and partnerships
- Paid advertising
- Lead the PragerU Kids Marketing Team in executing the marketing plan, overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly advertising campaigns
- Oversee the Kids Marketing Dashboard, managing the budget, spend, and tracking performance against specific reach and goals. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual departmental performance reports
- Create and oversee PragerU Kids Marketing distribution, social media strategies, and partnerships with external collaborators
- Write marketing collateral for all components as needed (including web copy, email, social)
- Be familiar with, and market each of the unique shows / projects within each tier of our programming for k through 12 the grades
- Market our printed books to be released on Amazon and elsewhere
- Ensure our fundraising team is kept abreast of sponsorship opportunities within the program
- Target both parents and children with appropriate advertising channels
- Be CREATIVE and innovative/initiate ideas for outreach for desired audience
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- 7-10+ years of experience serving in a similar marketing role with a focus on digital, i.e.
- Strong familiarity with digital channels and effective promotion within
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, others
- Promoting products on Amazon
- Management of a marketing team at least 5 years of experience
- Strong project management, analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of children's marketing strategies, and ability to connect with audiences
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Office software
- Must work collaboratively with others, including production team and education team in
- Desire to bring a love of America into today's children!

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $100,000 - $150,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
