Job Description:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely and successful execution of deliverables. You will work on a variety of initiatives in music, media, marketing, and partnerships, acting as the key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with teams across marketing, production, finance, legal, and external vendors to drive seamless project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, providing updates and managing expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, balancing budgets, team members, and external contributors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop strategies to minimize risks, keeping projects on track and within scope.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor progress through project management tools and regular reporting, ensuring projects meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Post-Project Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews upon project completion, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement to apply in future projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the entertainment, music, or media industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment business, particularly in music production, content distribution, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and strong organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset, able to proactively address challenges and course-correct when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
