Public Relations Manager

PR Manager / Remote Position:

We are looking for a public relations and marketing expert who is ready to get to work! This PR Manager will help us service our top clients in their pursuit of media coverage, brand collaboration, and social media success! Qualified applicants will have verifiable experience working in a relatable public relations firm.

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Public Relations Manager. The Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing PR strategies, generating media coverage, building relationships with media outlets and designers, writing press releases and other PR materials, and coordinating events and initiatives. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support CEO and team on all accounts and activity
• Support strategy framework to achieve client goals
• Independently execute on various tasks for each client
• Manage coordinator role(s)
• Conduct top-level media relations
• Support company and client's social media channels
• Meet all deadlines
• Manage internal and external communications needs, status, and reporting
• Press release & pitch writing

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of full-time agency or in-house experience in the lifestyle and/or interior design/architecture industry
• Knowledge of & passion for Interior design & architecture industry
• Autonomous worker & self starter
• Fast and detailed worker - the pace is quick
• Driven to make things happen and hungry to introduce the world to our amazing clients
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and extremely organized
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Excited to work hard for our company and the clients
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and design influencers
• Knowledge of PR strategies and tactics
• Experience with media outreach and pitching
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable creating and engaging on a variety of social media platforms

The position is remote, with company headquarters in Los Angeles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,018.00 - $59,801.00 per year
