We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Producer of Social Media to concept and create content for clients and our team. The primary role of this full-time position is to execute a social media strategy, capturing and sharing the energy behind our client’s work and the stories we produce for them. The candidate must be self-motivated, well-organized, and have experience producing and managing branded social communications. Various responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Plan – lead monthly team sessions to brainstorm, strategize, and create a content plan for the following month.
  • Learn – research industry trends and participate in project meetings to get updated on promotion and marketing opportunities.
  • Create conceptualize content and work with the Production Manager to discuss brand vision/voice, goals, and results.
  • Produce – capture content, as well as use images/film captured by the production team, to develop and grow brand presence.
  • Post – maintain and execute a schedule for channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Constant Contact.
  • Monitor – follow, share, and interact on social networks.
  • Report present monthly recaps of social analytics to our team and clients, to identify practices to maximize impact and reach.

Requirements:

  • 40 hours/week
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management
  • Primarily working remotely, with regular on-set assignments
  • Must be located within a 3hr drive to Washington, DC
  • Facility with Slack, Google Drive, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Provide own equipment including computer, editing software, and smartphone
  • Portfolio of reels, infographics, and graphic design samples
  • Enthusiasm for creativity and a desire to learn as you grow
  • Able to work virtually, purposefully, and flexibly

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 including full healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision) and unlimited paid time-off.

Start date estimated at May 1, 2025.
