As the Licensing Manager for Brand Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our brand collaborations and expanding our licensing portfolio. In this dynamic position, you will cultivate and manage relationships with licensors and brand partners, driving strategic growth initiatives that align with our vision. Your leadership will ensure the smooth execution of daily operations within brand licensing, enabling us to capitalize on new opportunities and create meaningful, impactful partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative partnerships with licensors, serving as their primary point of contact to foster trust, engagement, and a mutual understanding of goals.
- Act as the central point of contact for all licensor-related communications, ensuring timely updates and a clear flow of information between licensors and internal teams, thereby enhancing alignment and cooperation.
- Research and actively pursue innovative brand collaboration and licensing opportunities that resonate with our brand vision and strategic objectives, driving growth and expansion.
- Draft, review, and finalize proposals, ensuring compliance and alignment with the objectives set by executive leadership.
- Prepare comprehensive reports that include sales projections and royalty analyses, offering valuable insights into licensing performance and informing strategic decision-making.
- Lead effective collaboration among sales, design, and operations teams to ensure adherence to licensing terms and guidelines, optimizing execution and results.
- Proactively address and resolve challenges or issues that arise with licensors, maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships to ensure continued partnership success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Licensing, Brand Management, Sales, or related fields within the wholesale, fashion, home goods, or consumer products sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and adept time management.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
