Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Senior Trade Marketing Manager in daily activities
  • Servicing all marketing, publicity and promotional materials to clients
  • Coordinating all marketing materials (images, press materials, EPKs, On-air marketing materials, merchandise)
  • Monitoring and coordinating all promotional activities of products over all media. Supporting clients in obtaining legal clearance
  • Working closely with relevant stakeholders
  • Takes over special trade marketing cross category tasks such as Franchise Task Force
  • Support of the sales team by means of preparing product presentations
  • Supports Senior Trade Marketing Manager in the development and execution of sales events
  • Maintenance and further development of current product placements with online customers
  • Conception of advertising elements, graphics, and competitions, especially for our digital partner platforms
  • Steering of agencies in cooperation with the Trade Marketing Managers
  • Regular and direct contact to customers and participation in internal meetings
  • Independently taking over smaller projects

   Required Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • Advanced Bachelor's degree or recently completed degree in economics, e.g. business administration, media studies, finance or a related degree
  • Alternatively: completed apprenticeship in Media, Communications or business administration (abgeschlossene Ausbildung der Medien-, Kommunikations- bzw. Wirtschaftswissenschaften)
  • First practical experience, ideally in an internationally operating company, e.g. in the context of internships or working student activities
  • Interest in online & affiliate marketing as well as films & TV series
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Structured, committed and reliable way of working
  • Strong communications skills
