Examples of strong digital work, including text versions of your stories, social media posts and/or strong YouTube videos

This job is a unionized position.

  • Write in an exciting, captivating and authentic manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or related field
  • Understanding of the tenets of professional journalism and minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of environmental topics and issues
  • Proven ability to shoot and edit high quality video stories
  • Proven ability to use compelling graphics to tell complex stories. Special consideration will be given to candidates who can build their own graphics using software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
  • Ability to conduct creative, engaging and content-drive live shots
  • Ability to work well both independently and with a team
