Job Summary:

About the Role:

The role will involve working with the Head of Distribution & International for Disney Star. This role is critical to Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Head Distribution & International Office:

- Assist in driving strategic initiatives through problem structuring, analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation.

- Enhance decision processes, data, and information effectiveness for the Head of Distribution & International, India.

2. TV Strategy:

- Collaborate with the Distribution strategy team to develop AOP and LRP roadmaps

- Monitor reach and revenue targets, identify deviations, and provide solutions

- Provide periodic updates on Key updates and open issues in the linear subscription business

3. Disney+Hotstar:

- Assist on a growth roadmap for Disney+Hotstar partnerships with Telcos/ISPs /Cable /DTH partners to increase Disney+Hotstar active sub-base & Revenue.

- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing team to work on AOP and LRP roadmaps.

- Collaborate with Disney+Hotstar Growth, Marketing, Product, Analytics and Finance teams to monitor and enable AOP targets for Disney+Hotstar partnerships.

- Work with the Hotstar Analytics team to build the right set of reports and dashboards to improve visibility and tracking of important KPIs.

- Co-ordinate, highlight and resolve any billing/invoicing issues with partners to ensure timely billing and collections

4. International:

- Advise the Head of International – Distribution & Ad Sales on Indian content projects and problem statements outside India.

- Track OI and revenue deliverables according to the AOP.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDBM specializing in Marketing or Business Analytics with 1 - 2 years of experience with significant exposure in Strategy / Consulting
