Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join our NYC or LA office—someone who deeply understands how to unlock consumer insights and connect them with cultural and industry trends to develop inspiring, effective strategies.

In this role, you'll develop consumer-centric strategies across multiple channels, ensuring all touchpoints work together to meet client goals while delivering an excellent user experience. You'll shape integrated communications plans and messaging strategies that drive engagement and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Transform observations and truths into compelling, original insights.
  • Be the go-to expert for quick-thinking POVs on platforms, industries, and client needs.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop ideas and ensure work aligns with strategic goals—providing clear, actionable feedback.
  • Bring consumer insight and platform expertise to every discussion.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in digital and social platforms, identifying trends and opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 4-7 years of experience developing integrated brand strategies.
  • Experience working with tech or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Creative agency experience leading social and digital strategies across diverse consumer brands.
  • A collaborative mindset and proven ability to provide logical, strategic guidance that fuels creativity.
  • A passion for new business and a drive to create standout, culture-shaping work.
  • Independence, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for cultural trends.
  • A commitment to excellence —willingness to go beyond standard hours when needed, proactively addressing challenges, and keeping a pulse on emerging platforms and trends.

Base salary range: $100-120K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
