How you will contribute to our magical experience?: 

In this role, the analyst must analyze suppliers invoices and record them in the system, complying with the company's processes and policies in order to ensure the weekly payments. Analyze vendor account status to ensure the re-conciliation and create reports with required information.

The Analyst, Procure to Pay will be responsible for: 

  • Invoices processing and Analysis.
  • Support to internal and external customers.
  • Vendor account analysis and reconciliation.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Experience in administration, programming of payments and attention to suppliers.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Teamwork-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate Excel level.
  • Knowledge in SAP is valued.
