Key job responsibilities
Within Content Publishing Operations, is the First-party Publishing team who is responsible for the end-to-end content operations of Amazon's in-house studios, such as Amazon MGM Studios, MGM+, and Freevee. This team manages short-term deliverables like launching titles on time and defect-free, as well as long-term improvements like global standardization of the content pipeline. The team collaborates with Global Marketing, Post Production, and Delivery to enhance customer experience, performance management, and digital supply chain efficiency.

We are searching for a Digital Supply Chain Manager who will be a key leader interfacing MGM and MGM+ on the delivery process and publishing to Prime Video. As a Digital Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross functional teams to deliver assets on-time to Prime Video, then overseeing the supply chain to ensure titles on-time and defect-free publish for global customers. This role demands a high capacity to Earn Trust, Invent & Simplify, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

A day in the life
  • Own partner performance metrics, holding partners accountable to Prime Video delivery specifications and continuing to raise the bar on partner performance
  • Driving operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing product/engineering teams to enable automation
  • Be engaged in product development with our product managers and our engineering teams, ensuring operator use cases are correctly represented

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $115,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
