This person is responsible for developing, planing, managing projects, and executing productions within the creative department. This role requires strong coordination, organization, and communication skills to bring together teams, schedules, budgets, and manage the flow of work to ensure the successful execution of projects and productions to meet creative and business goals.

Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication (verbal + written) skills and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of photo and video shoots, production workflows, tools, and technologies.
- Proficient in project management software and budgeting tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to foresee any issues that may arise and anticipate upcoming needs for the team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- Prior experience as a producer or familiarity with photo and video production workflow.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
Working Conditions:
- This role is on-site
- Flexibility to work extended hours during critical project phases.
- May require occasional travel for meetings or site visits.
- Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
