POSITION: Talent Acquisition Associate

LOCATION: New York, NY

HOURS: Full Time

COMPENSATIOM: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly


ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This role will play an integral part in the development and growth of the ATGE brand and will work closely with stakeholders to help identify top talent. This person will lead full life-cycle recruitment for our organization, from building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects to closing offers and onboarding new hires. This individual will report to the Vice President of Human Resources, N.A. and serve as a recruiting partner, attracting and hiring top talent through inclusive hiring practices.


PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS


  • Execute the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, attract top talent, and refine our hiring process.
  • Oversee and own the onboarding process for new hires
  • Improve our applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring workflows.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to source and identify talent that meet the company’s goals and expectations
  • Provide Kick-Off meetings to partner with hiring manager to create clearly defined, unbiased job descriptions and hiring plan
  • Understand the talent market and develop creative sourcing strategies resulting in diverse pipelines to accomplish hiring goals
  • Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams on logistics related to interviewing
  • Maintain data integrity practices and provide insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve recruiting processes and strategies
  • Ensure applicants have a positive interview experience from application through offer negotiation


EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and HR (entertainment, startup or high-growth environment a plus).
  • Track record of hiring across multiple functions (operations, accounting, etc.).
  • Ability to own and improve HR processes in a fast-moving company.
  • Passion for building culture and creating a great employee experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Reach, UKG) a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus
  • Hands-on, scrappy, and execution-focused
