This individual will serve as an Experienced Hiring Recruiter working with business leaders to gather and compile hiring needs data. Implement the annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies that support the organization’s functions. He/She will further partner and build relationships with business leaders, practitioners, professional organizations, and key external partners. Manage and implement the overall recruiting processes, including interviewing and selection activities.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
- Partner with recruiting team and leads to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
- Undertaking direct sourcing strategies to ensure consistent results and high-quality hires at the lowest possible cost.
- Partnering with senior business leaders to identify, attract and hire “best in class” talent.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to support continuous recruitment.
- Tracking and reporting recruiting statistics and maintaining our in-house recruiting system with a high level of integrity and accuracy.
- Produce KPIs and measures to track levels of recruitment, cost of hire, time to fill and source of hire.
Qualifications and Experience…
- MBA (Preferred) with 3 ~ 6 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Proven track record of full life cycle experienced hire recruiting for a large firm — preferably professional services.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required.
- Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems
- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of key technology trends, market landscape, compensation, and benefits standards.
- Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional, and diplomatic with strong teaming skills.
- Proven ability to work in a changing environment and be able to develop innovative approaches to old problems.
- Proficient in office computer software/systems (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
