The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are offering full-time, paid internships to highly motivated and committed graduates wishing to build upon their college education with practical professional experience in the fast-paced, results-driven world of the National Football League.
Participants are given the unique opportunity to contribute to the organization's success while receiving an unparalleled, behind-the-scenes learning experience. The program is comprised of a comprehensive and flexible strategy that allows recent graduates to build upon their educational foundation in order to define, evaluate and achieve a variety of career-related objectives.
Interns are placed within a specific department and encouraged to explore all aspects of the business of professional football through various outreach programs, networking events, and via our Internship Learning Series. Interns will learn from and establish relationships with team executives that will benefit their lives both personally and professionally.
This is an hourly position starting July 2024 through June 2025. Interns are expected to commit to the full term of the internship.

Core Functions:
- Support with the conceptualization, planning, production, post-production and delivery of engaging video content for the team’s gameday presentation
- Assist with additional digital or broadcast content as needed across platforms (Website/App, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube)
- Actively push the Buccaneers brand and its perspective through produced video
- Camera operations, lighting and composition - including shooting player, sponsor & community features, and live or live to tape shows
- Editing, including integration of graphic elements, sound and music
- Export finished product to multi-bit format for deliver to various devices at multiple speeds
- Assist with other stadium events as needed
- Assist in creating graphics for game and non-game events
- Assist in the development and maintenance of content that supports in venue productions
- Assist the Bucvision Content Manager with Ross Xpression projects
- Develop and execute creative and innovative graphic campaigns
- Assist the BucVision team on game day productions
- During live events, assist the producer on video board productions while communicating with the production crew and BucVision staff
- Support special events as needed to levels that are consistent and appropriate for completion of a successful event
- Plan and produce game-day graphics, highlight packages and other graphic/video pieces for use during live events
- This position requires work that is original and creative in character
- Ability to independently operate a camera is required
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the post-production environment
- Working knowledge of Ross Xpression and Daktronics Control Suite
- Candidate must be available to work extended hours during the NFL season, training camp and NFL Draft (including holidays)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure while working on multiple projects
- Easily adaptable to change and quick turn-around times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept to handle pressure and communicate split second decisions in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and tact
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments, clients, vendors and others to establish an effective workflow
- Familiarity with advancing and emerging technologies and techniques, as well as all facets of social media
- Must be organized, highly motivated and team-oriented
- Minimum one year working in a production environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Production, Visual Arts, Sports or Fine Arts is preferred or commensurate work experience a plus
- Prior experience serving as videographer and editor
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred
- General understanding of NFL rules, teams, players and culture is required
- Experience with live sports event production for large screen video preferred
- Comfortable with the Mac environment and MS Office
- Proficient at operating ARRI Amira, Sony FS7 and Canon DSLRs
- Proficiency and/or familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- NFL knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with advancing and emerging technologies and techniques

- Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home games; may have to work holidays
- Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
- Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities
- Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
- Lifting more than 20 pounds is required
- Job duties require employee to drive personal vehicle
