The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting talent acquisition efforts across the dynamic and creative landscape of WEBTOON, Wattpad, and Wattpad WEBTOON Studios. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel the growth and innovation of these leading platforms in the digital storytelling and entertainment space.
What you'll be doing:
- Full cycle recruitment from strategic planning through to: research, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling, interviewing and reference checking
- You will ensure WEBTOON Entertainment continues to hire A players who are a superior match to the role, our team, and unique culture Partner with our hiring managers to recruit diverse roles across all of our teams: engineering, product, marketing, business, sales, and more
- - relying heavily on sourcing (social media channels), pro-active outreach, referrals, networking, and attending appropriate meet ups and events
- Strategically test and evaluate different tools, technologies, forums and approaches to reaching top talent including attending and hosting talent rich events
- Research, investigate and stay abreast of new opportunities for WEBTOON Entertainment to recruit top talent
What we're looking for:
- 3 - 5+ years of demonstrated and proven success recruiting superior business, technology and sales talent for high growth/high value technology focused companies
- Experience recruiting US based candidates
- Seasoned professional with a client service orientation and drive!
- Exceptionally organized and process driven – quality first approach
- Superior eye for detail and strong connection to culture/values fit
- Interviewing skills are very well honed, highly articulate, professional and tactful
- Solid understanding of competency based interviews and other methodologies
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Results oriented, with a proven track record
- A fan of WEBTOON and Wattpad!
