We are looking for a Program Manager that can bring organization and structure to a complex and fast-moving team. This role will develop and implement program management practices to drive efficiency of operations and elevate how we track and report out the work of the team. As part of the Prime Video (PV) US Hub Strategy team, you will work cross-functionally with various PV and Amazon stakeholders to identify program management needs, implement solutions, and constantly seek to improve the overall efficiency of the team. You will program manage efforts that span several teams and stakeholders, requiring tact and backbone to keep things moving forward, as well as comfort in ambiguity while defining clear roles and responsibilities across teams, stakeholders, and leaders.
The PV US Hub Strategy team is looking for a passionate, organized, invent and simplify oriented individual who is comfortable taking matrixed, complex programs and identifying ways to streamline and create order that results in operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for, among other tasks, working with business, marketing, finance, programming, research, product, studios, and cross-Amazon stakeholders in creating, delivering, and implementing program management practices across some of the most high-profile, high-impact work within the PV Hub Strategy team.
This person will have a passion for digital video and they are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to simply get the job done. They have a strong attention to detail and polished written and verbal communication skills, and ideally have a program/project management background.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end program management of PV US’ participation in Amazon’s High-Velocity Events (HVE), including Prime Day, Prime Big Deals Day, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday, as well as adjacent corporate-wide events. This includes coordinating across Amazon and PV stakeholders to identify, track, and report out on workstreams, maintaining and managing RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) models, coordinate tracking and performance reporting, all to ensure timely and flawless execution of the PV US HVE strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end program management of PV US Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews. This includes meeting management, document and data management workflows and processes, and documenting and tracking meeting follow-ups.
- Lead other program management needs across the PV US Hub Strategy team that improves the overall operational efficiency of the team.
This role engages regularly with finance, marketing, business, product, and cross-Amazon stakeholder teams to identify, outline, and implement program management practices. They define and track complex workstreams, create clarity on roles and responsibilities with clear RACI models, and they are seen by others as a program management expert. They constantly seek out ways to invent and simplify our operations, while making sure that teams are delivering against program objectives.

This team sits at the heart of Prime Video US' business, with ownership of PV US' biggest and most important business strategies. This team's remit crosses all parts of Prime Video, as well as requires key relationships with other Amazon teams. You will be joining a team that has high visibility to Prime Video leadership and with high impact to the business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
