Job Description


We're seeking an enthusiastic, curious, results-driven Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative Team. This a temporary role, from early September 2024 through November 1st, 2024 with an anticipated 40 hours per week. You will pay a key role in the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites.

If you have a passion for design, a focused attention to detail, understand a creative brief and are not afraid to bring your own ideas and creativity to the table, this might be the role for you!

The ideal candidate has deep experience with digital marketing and a knack for designing across multiple digital mediums. You are driven by what resonates with consumers and what makes them take action, leveraging these principles and applying this to creative design.

  • Responsible for concepting and designing visual solutions for display banners, social, and website landing pages.
  • Ability to translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups with attention to interaction design whilst following style and brand guidelines.
  • Extend visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums, including taking the product’s mission, user research and analytics data and translate into polished and engaging design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in advertising, graphic design or similar

  • 5+ years of digital design experience at an Agency or Client side with social media campaigns design and concept for landing pages, banners, digital display, email paid and organic social media, OOH

  • Solid B2B and Tech experience.

  • Must be able to communicate complex technology through art direction.

  • Ability to be both conceptual and tactical

  • Digital Partner creative a plus


Additional Information


The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $44.13 - $71.38 per hour. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.

TEMP employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu 2024 holiday schedule, in addition to safe and sick time.

This is a Temporary, W2 role on dentsu payroll.
