About the Team:

The VIZIO Content & Partner Marketing team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Planning and Strategy Contractor to support & streamline our inbound & outbound creative asset workflows. This role will deliver exceptional client service across all VIZIO Smart TV streaming partners such as Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, as well as free channels such as AMC, Hallmark and A+E. The Specialist will be responsible for creative review, quality control, managing inbound asset submissions & outbound to/from content partners, as well as routing marketing tactics to content partners for feedback & approvals. This role will be the internal subject matter expert & resource for VIZIO specifications & guidelines, VIZIO’s SharePoint asset database, available assets, and external partner asset portals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized navigating a high volume of assets, thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and possess a clear and efficient communication style. This will be a contract position, starting at six months with possibility for an extension. The position will be onsite out of our Irvine HQ.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage inbound asset deliveries & programming calendars from 400+ content partners via AirTable submission forms, email deliveries, and shared box folders/google docs.
    • Quality check/review assets and programming calendars from partners to ensure they meet brand guidelines, have correct UI template elements, correct sizing, naming conventions.
    • Download, upload & rename files, file into SharePoint folders, and capture priority programming events in AirTable with SharePoint links to creative.
      • Archive current backlog of creative submissions in SharePoint folders.
    • Proactively monitor & source assets directly from partner portals & databases.
  • Support daily internal requests & timely deliveries for marketing tactics & campaigns: on-device, email, social, .com, retail, mobile as well as annual and quarterly refreshes: UIs and product videos.
  • Communicate directly with partners to request revised or new assets for Editorial Team’s scheduling.
  • Create structural & organizational efficiencies with VIZIO’s current asset management database on SharePoint and current project management system in AirTable.
    • Conduct an audit of SharePoint folders & assets; archiving, removal, reorganization, etc.
  • Support on-boarding for new channels & apps.
    • Facilitate AirTable submission process, deliver creative guidelines/specs, field back/forth asset questions, review launch package, follow-up with partners prior to launch dates.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • You have 5+ years of project and/or asset management with a creative agency, entertainment network or studio, connected device or digital streaming service.
  • You are well-versed in all artwork file types, formats and specifications across the following mediums; on-device, social, email, web, digital retail and print retail.
  • You have experience with delivery and transfer methods for digital materials.
  • You can communicate effectively and clearly in person, on calls with clients & internal stakeholders, and most importantly over email.
  • You have an eye for design and exceptional attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in AirTable and Microsoft SharePoint or have worked with similar project management tools.
  • You are a problem solver, efficiency seeker, live for organization and an endless desire to learn.
  • You have a passion for entertainment and technology.

The minimum pay for this position is $40/hr. The maximum pay for this position is $75/hr. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. This position is not eligible for additional benefits.
