Job Description

The Director of Creative Content will report to the EVP Creative Content. The individual in this role will provide operational support as well as creative support and work across the worldwide marketing department to ensure campaigns are properly executed and aligned. 

The Director will liaise and collaborate across departments within the Marketing team including Publicity, Partnerships, Brand, and Digital. The role will be the principal domestic contact for strategic placement of creative content and publicity materials. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all publicity related Creative Content needs including EPK creation, appearance clip selection and content management
  • Responsible for working with cross functional partners (Publicity, Digital, Partnerships and Brand) to produce content either with our in-house editor or an outside vendor
  • Innovate new ways to create content for publicity and digital campaigns utilizing film clips and/or other BTS and talent interviews
  • Hire crews for film premieres
  • Work with a producer to compile questions and run the red carpet for global materials
  • Partner with all cross functional partners and manage placement of all types of creative content including featurettes and social assets

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with publicity creative and/or electronic press kit creation
  • Experience at a content studio or AV and creative content agency
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and flexible to work late hours to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
  • Self-starter
  • Able to initiate projects and solve problems effectively
  • Ability to identify and propose procedural changes to supervisors to make job tasks more efficient

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000 (Bonus eligible)
