Overview:
We seek a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Programmatic and Partnerships to lead and grow our programmatic sales and partnerships across North America. This senior leader will play a critical role in supporting the ad sales team in programmatic sales, driving revenue growth for Captivate, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DSP and SSP Account Teams, Programmatic buying teams at clients and agencies, and agencies trading desks. As the VP of Partnership efforts, this person will oversee third-party sales partners like Luxer, We Work etc.. This role requires a forward-thinking, results-driven professional with a proven programmatic advertising track record.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Programmatic Growth:
Collaborate with the ad sales team to develop and implement strategies for engaging DSPs, programmatic buying teams, and strategy teams at agencies and clients to drive programmatic revenue growth.
Partner with agency trading desks to identify opportunities to expand programmatic buying efforts.
Partnership Management:
Oversee and grow relationships with key third-party partners, including Luxer, WeWork, and other strategic sales partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing partnerships, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and joint strategies.
Revenue Optimization:
Work closely with the CRO and RevOps team to forecast potential revenue opportunities and set measurable growth targets.
Analyze programmatic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and innovation to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Team Collaboration:
Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, providing programmatic expertise and insights to support sales pitches, campaign optimization, and client solutions.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, programmatic, product, tech, and rev ops to align strategies and alignments to maximize revenue.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new programmatic opportunities and partnerships to expand the companys reach and revenue channels.
Lead initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the programmatic space.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital partnerships, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Deep understanding of DSPs, agency trading desks, programmatic buying strategies, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to forecast, analyze, and optimize revenue opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and scaling revenue channels.
