Job Summary/Description:
Be the point person for Digital Delivery and Reporting with Gray Digital Media. Act as a gateway to digital order entry and fulfillment. Enhance the Sales Team's understanding of the specifics they are ordering and ensure proper delivery. Work with GDM to problem solve and create meaningful solutions to meet client needs.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performance Modeling & Reporting
- Customer Relationship Management
- Billing and Invoicing Oversight
- Contract Management & Support
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
- Order Processing and Follow-through
- Support and Leadership for sales event
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Be proficient in Microsoft's Office Suite applications, particularly Excel
- Be flexible to a changing fast-paced environment
- Adept at multitasking with numerous responsibilities
- Enjoy a people-based business
