About the Role
Specific Duties
-
Oversee the creative development, sales positioning and introduction of new sponsor assets and platforms for all UFL commercial partners

Embody a spirit of creativity and share in the vision that emphasizes the unique potential and differentiation that the UFL offers in the marketplace

Quickly develop a detailed knowledge of all assets across the UFL, the UFL’s 8 teams, broadcast partners, UFL Marketing, UFL Creative & Content, Football Operations and more - so you can begin to develop areas of opportunity for existing and new brand partners

Work with Business Development team and other internal stakeholders to balance key priorities and areas of focus

Travel to take part in high-priority client presentations where ideation is critical to relationship

Consistently meet with Creative & Content, as well as Marketing leads to ensure total alignment on league messaging and content pipeline monetization opportunities

Maintain highest level of communication with internal teams pertaining to new concepts being presented and

Utilize ideation, exceptional writing and presentation design skills to articulate concepts for proposals and client presentations

Work with Revenue Strategy lead to find and develop new areas for creativity and monetization

Partner with commercial leadership on annual business planning and growth analysis

Maintain awareness of trends and innovations in sports and entertainment industry
What you will bring
-
10+ years professional experience in brand solutions, marketing, marketing strategy or related consulting role
-
4+ years leadership and team management experience
-
Significant hands-on experience with all encompassing brand partnerships, including content storytelling, platform creation, experiential and co-promotional elements

Demonstrated successes designing successful campaigns for a wide variety of brands across a range of media
-
Experience developing and presenting creative proposals and communication plans utilizing strong presentations skills and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to build consensus and relationships with clients, as well as across the organization
-
Demonstrated ability to function well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business
-
Highly motivated, proactive, with a positive, solutions-based approach

Please note, the location of this role is flexible.

Primarily works in a remote office and/or an office environment but will include attending games and events in UFL team markets.
-
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Regular travel to UFL team markets will be required during the season, North America.
-
Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Salary:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience location is $155,000 - $170,000. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401 (k) plan, paid time off and other benefits.
