What You Will Do

- Form strategic business recommendations based on industry research and analysis
- Research, design, and develop company/brand overview documents
- Develop presentations for both internal and client-facing audiences
- Work with internal partners to support ongoing business development initiatives
- Collect and handle creative assets to be used in presentations
- Participate in / lead team brainstorming and provide creative input
- Attend meetings and presentations with high-level executives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience working in an office environment
- Strong presentation skills with well-rounded business sense and competence
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Personable with proven ability to build relationships
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle highly confidential information, and meet business goals
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Knowledge of The Walt Disney Company business segments
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of trends in marketing and sponsorship
- Solid understanding of iWork for Mac (Keynote)
Education
- Currently enrolled or graduated within the past six months majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Economics, Strategy, or a closely related program
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
- The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 – January 2025
- Candidate must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
- Able to provide own housing and transportation for work in the Orlando, FL area
