The Role and What You’ll Do:
This position is for a Vice President role working on the Partnerships team. The Partnerships team actively develops, implements, and manages strategy, creative, development and implementation of Brand Initiatives for corporate client and business units focused across culture – to include such consumer passions as sports, entertainment, music, etc. The role will include leading integrated marketing initiatives in functional areas such as marketing, advertising, social, and digital teams.
The position is based in New York, NY, and will report to the Group Account Director, Client Service.
You Have These:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a clients’ multiple partnerships/sponsorships and complementary experiential marketing activations (Brand Initiatives) across Culture: Entertainment, Sports and Business-to-Business verticals
  • Provide industry expertise, insights and up-to-date knowledge, including additional opportunities for integration and co-promotional programming
  • Manage and facilitate development, execution and analysis of Brand Initiative return on investment
  • Oversee specific client accounts by guiding the strategy, planning, coordination, execution and measurement of client’s marketing initiatives
  • Oversee a fast-paced business environment by partnering with internal teammates across all business verticals to maintain and grow multiple client opportunities
  • Oversee tactical implementation at high profile events, activations and campaigns
  • Thoughtfully counsel client based on broad communications landscape and business goals
  • Lead/oversee client cultural marketing strategies, campaigns, and activations
  • Responsible for driving strategic process and direction, cross-functional client engagement, property/talent negotiations, escalation within property and results measurement process including Key Performance Indicators, partnership results measurement.
  • Serve as the point of connectivity across all partnerships-focused work 160over90 does with client within and outside of this retainer
  • Maintain line of site across all partnerships workstreams between 160over90 and client around the world
  • Liaise with overall integrated account lead and core account leadership
  • Help counsel and inspire clients at every touchpoint by flagging new and creative ideas and trends across advertising, marketing, strategy and culture (tech, fashion, entertainment, sports and music)
  • Provide analysis of potential new client partnership opportunities at the global, national and regional levels, by pitching new marketing platforms and guiding negotiations on behalf of clients
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to clients, stakeholders, properties, internal 160over90 and Endeavor divisions, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in the fulfillment and activation of client’s marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with client’s other agency partners (advertising, media, PR, etc.) throughout marketing campaign development and activation
  • In addition to working on specific brands, this role will also support senior department leads in shaping insights and strategies, as well as furthering thought-leadership both internally and externally
  • Be a motivational, supportive and accountable people manager for numerous colleagues
You Also Have These:
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of agency or client-based partnership/sponsorship account management experience. Specific disciplines could include, sponsorship marketing, event marketing, and/or sponsor servicing.
  • Experience working within a US based Professional Sports League or Entertainment Industry
  • Understanding of the business of lifestyle marketing with experience in cultural areas such as sports, esports, music, TV, film, and talent
  • Development and implementation of partnership/sponsorship marketing strategies on behalf of clients/companies
  • Day to day relationship management of clients, agencies and vendors
  • "Big Idea" sell-in experience
  • Partnership/sponsorship contract negotiation skills
  • Practical experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Practical experience or interaction with advertising and/or promotional agencies
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to communicate such thoughts proactively, efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel for activations and client meetings
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum
:
$180,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$240,000 annually
