Job Description:

Enstarz.com is seeking a talented and experienced Editor to lead our editorial team. As an Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging, and timely entertainment content. We are looking for an individual with a strong editorial background, a passion for entertainment, and the ability to guide a team of writers in producing compelling and informative articles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editorial Leadership: Provide clear editorial direction, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to Enstarz.com's voice and style.
• Content Creation: Research, write, and edit compelling entertainment news articles, features, and reviews.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and creativity.
• Content Planning: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas, plan editorial calendars, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest entertainment industry trends, celebrity news, and pop culture events to provide fresh and relevant content.
• Quality Control: Ensure all content is well-researched, accurate, and optimized for SEO to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

• Editorial Experience: Proven experience in editing and writing for entertainment or lifestyle publications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Leadership Skills: Previous experience in managing an editorial team, providing constructive feedback, and nurturing talent.
• Passion for Entertainment: Deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including movies, TV shows, music, celebrities, and pop culture trends.
• Editing Expertise: Strong editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques for online publications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
