Job Description

Talent manager / CEO with exciting, full roster looking for a full-time assistant. Job is remote but you need to live in/near Los Angeles as there are occasional in-person events to attend, errands etc. Agency/management experience preferred. Assistant is responsible for creating and sending out client schedules, maintaining CEO's calendar, sending out auditions, rolling calls, scheduling meetings, handling travel and booking glam for clients. Candidate needs to be comfortable engaging with high profile talent and should have the utmost discretion. This is a very intense desk with long hours -- candidate needs to be very interested in management and should have a passion for working with actors. This will require weekend work if/when the need arises. Pay is hourly and DOE with overtime and benefits. Looking for someone to start ASAP and will train with current assistant over the summer (fully paid) before taking over completely.
