Responsibilities

Role Summary:

Provide administrative support to the 1st assistant and the office of Chairman of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. Will report to the 1st assistant.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support 1st assistant in managing heavy scheduling logistics including all meetings (and their respective attendees), screenings, offsite appointments and international and domestic travel

Support 1st assistant in managing calls and other office duties

Complete expense reports for the Chairman’s various events, meals, premieres, travel

Handle important and high-volume gifting for high profile clientele

Handle other office duties

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Minimum 1 year experience working in an administrative capacity

Minimum 1 year experience and demonstrated ability in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with individuals within Universal and in the business community

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
