Your New Role

Generate and deliver playlists (not limited to a specific quantity neither complexity) for our TV channels containing each and every element that’s included (Long Form, promos, commercials, IDs, Secondary elements as branding, sponsored bugs, Cue triggers/Tones signals, etc)
As a shared service for three main stakeholders (Programming, Marketing and Adsales) make sure to comply with the commitments with all of them, helping to solve every day needs, with flexibility and agility. 

Maintains a spirit of collaboration with his peers and the teams while taking full responsibility for the daily playlist delivery.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Reconcile all primary or secondary commercials for each channel daily. Make sure all scheduled events have been broadcasted. If there are mismatches, look for the explanation by investigating with other teams.
  • Implement the promo campaign strategies following guidelines and priorities from Marketing team. (Including, self-channel promos, Cross promotion, promo packaging, ID’s, promo fillers, Local breaks fills, etc)
  • Find ways to accommodate content needs and ensure to be within the pillars/limits of each channel strategy definition. This includes propose decisions like opening new breaks, or collapse and remove unnecessary breaks, to enhance the viewer experience.

  • Ensure Anchor/Pivot shows start times, complete 24:00 hs playlists, adding extra programming materials when needed.

  • Participate on the Rules creation and correction of applied media versions and log formats.
  • Check the automated rules were applied according to the channel and legal requirements, for each daypart and country.
  • Ensure the correct Audio language selection and Inclusion of digital subtitles when necessary.
  • Run and review qc process.
  • Comply with local laws such as commercial time limits.
  • Minimum local produced content for ARG and Bra feeds.
  • Local breaks signals as expected by cable operators.
  • Sponsored bugs.
  • Reports upon request from stakeholders and Media supply chain team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business administration, media, economics, system engineers, or similar careers.
  • Ability to work under constantly changing priorities.
  • Ability to Work under strict deadlines and with high-volume responsibilities
  • English Intermediate
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, be detail oriented and flexible
  • Experience in customer service-oriented jobs is highly favorable
