CALL MOM DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MEDIA

As the Director of Digital Media (Los Angeles), you'll be responsible for developing and executing the digital media strategy across multiple platforms. Success will be defined by broadening the reach and engagement of the four Call Mom properties in Los Angeles, and keeping the content innovative, captivating, and high-quality.

We are seeking someone who has strong social media, photography, videography and copy-writing skills as well as a great eye for graphic design. You must be a self-starter, extremely organized and very detail-oriented when it comes to processing and prioritizing a lot of information, news and content. With regular collaboration across departments (ownership, chefs, partners, managers), being nimble and receptive to feedback is crucial. This role will help set the agenda and contribute to social media strategy and exciting marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Daily

● Design, implement and manage social media campaigns integrated into the company’s strategic marketing plans.

● Create, curate and manage social media content including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.

● Engage users with prompt responses; organize competitions; ask questions and cultivate relationships.

Weekly or Monthly

● Photograph new cocktails or menu items for social sharing.

● Create and manage email newsletters to targeted audiences of each brand.

● Monitor and respond to online reviews, surfacing key insights and collaborating with internal teams to address recurring feedback.

● Lead digital execution for seasonal promotions and local campaigns, brainstorming and implementing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

● Create monthly reports for each restaurant, showcasing growth, engagement and analyzing trends, so we can adjust strategy.

● Attend choice special events to gather footage for social sharing

Ongoing

● Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.

● Explore partnerships with key influencers and like-minded brands in each community. Bringing existing influencer relationships would be ideal.

● Manage and enhance website content and campaign landing pages, ensuring a voice consistent to each brand.

● Fulfill copywriting needs for organic and paid content across social media platforms that align with the brand's tone of voice.

● Ensure engaging user experiences.

● Help vet, hire and manage professional photographers for new restaurant openings, seasonal photo shoots, and events on an as-needed basis.

Desired Requirements

● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta), SEO/SEM, and web content management

● Proven success managing performance-driven ad campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and other digital platforms

● Familiarity with local listings management and third-party platforms (Google Business Profiles, Yelp, etc.)

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
