Position Overview:
Manor House Films is seeking a Creative Title Lead to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for leading campaign strategy and developing key marketing assets to drive the success of Manor House Films' theatrical releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and pitch high-level creative strategies for theatrical marketing campaigns, including defining goals, target audiences, positioning, and key messaging.
  • Lead the creation of essential marketing materials such as trailers and posters, working in collaboration with graphic designers, editors, and motion graphic artists..
  • Manage relationships with existing vendors while proactively identifying and securing new creative partners.
  • Oversee the execution of campaign strategies, coordinating with the Organic Social teams, Paid Media team, PR teams, Influencer teams, and other departments.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive campaign decks, tracking timelines, key milestones, and deliverables for internal stakeholders, including the head of studio.
  • Lead communications with external partners, such as filmmakers and producers, ensuring smooth collaboration and flawless execution throughout the theatrical campaign.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings, contributing to the success of various titles and creative initiatives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting of spending.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Creative, or Related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a studio, network, or agency setting.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a proven ability to provide clear, actionable creative/editorial feedback.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing industry trends.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working with film studios and entertainment clients..
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and its application in creative strategy.
