The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will be responsible for developing, leading and managing the short and long-term planning exercises and providing in-depth analysis on business unit performance. Work collaboratively with C-suite to develop and support strategic initiatives, M&A activity and special projects.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish the Company's annual operating budget and long term strategic plan in coordination with the CEO, COO and Executive Directors.
  • Drive continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify requirements for enhancing existing financial reporting and planning systems.
  • Provide strategic financial input on issues affecting the Company. Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics, trends, analyses and forecasts, including short and long-range cash flow projections and capital asset planning to facilitate timely decision making by business unit leaders
  • Partner with the CFO and other leaders to identify cost savings, competitive advantages, weaknesses, and opportunities; then manage the implementation of those items identified
  • Provide direct supervision and strategic leadership to build an FP&A team including hiring, performance management, coaching and counseling, merit increase recommendations, and termination.

Base Salary Range: $96,866/year - $143,549/year This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
