We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President Media Sales and Partnerships
Manager to join our team. As the Media Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial
role in driving revenue growth through strategic media sales and establishing and nurturing
partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in media sales, a deep
understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with partners.

Media Sales:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive media sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's footprint in the media market.
Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key media outlets, advertisers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative partnership opportunities that drive mutual value.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Market Analysis and Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
Revenue Optimization:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns that drive revenue and maximize ROI.
- Implement pricing strategies and packaging solutions to optimize revenue streams.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations for media sales and partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of proven experience in media sales and partnerships development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, advertising trends, and digital marketing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and related Google Office Suite comparable platforms;
- Ability to manage multiple projects while being responsive to the needs of the division and peers, be able to prioritize effectively and exercise flexibility as needed;
- Self-confidence in creative idea generation and ability to communicate a narrative;
- Excellent project management and organization skills;
- Knowledge and understanding of sports business, sports media and athlete representation industry;
- Strong research and analytical skills;
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively;
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment;
- Self-motivated and self-directed; and
- Highly responsive and accessible.
Salary
- 40 hours per week minimum
