Job Summary/Description:

WIS Television, the #1 station and award-winning NBC affiliate in South Carolina's capital city is looking for a full-time, digitally-minded Reporter/MMJ. The right person for this job will be full of energy, aggressive, and have the ability to enterprise stories on a daily basis. Do you love to break news, be LIVE, be first, and be accurate? Do you investigate all leads, shoot, write, edit, and produce memorable stories across all platforms? We need a journalist who connects with the viewer during live shots and who can tell a clear, compelling story.

The Reporter/MMJ will research, write, record, and edit general assignment stories for broadcast and the web.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Qualified candidates have at least two years of reporting experience and an understanding of the value of digital and social media platforms.
